ServSafe certified with over 5 years full time culinary experience in plant based meal planning, prep and preparation. I can make ANY type of cuisine plant based. (Special requests can be made for transitioning vegetarian to vegan)
WEEKLY MEAL PREP
$30+ per hour (specialty items are an additional $2 charge per serving)
You provideGroceries & Storage containers (per my recommendation)
You choose from custom menu options.I prep in your kitchen or in mine and deliver to you ($10 flat rate delivery fee for Triad area)
